The first step is always the hardest. No matter what you are doing. Most people don’t need to be convinced that working out/moving more is better for their short and long term mental and physical health. Just like with diets, people tend to get super motivated for a short burst (particularly at the start of the new year) then fall off the bandwagon. One of the keys to success in anything you do is consistency. That is why my boss and I came up with a 30 day challenge.
This 30 day challenge is not like typical challenges that you see floating around the internet.
This challenge is specifically geared to building the habit of working out.
In addition, there are 3 different levels or stages that you can identify with, so you can comfortably and confidently commit to one of the levels and not set yourself up to fail.
My boss and I are personal trainers, because we want to help people lead healthier and happier lives.
This 30 day challenge fully supports our mantra and we want as many people to do this and use this as possible, so feel free to send this article to any friends, family, or people that you think would be interested!
I HIGHLY suggest taking the time to read the introduction, so that the 30 day challenge makes sense and you can get a better understanding of what you are committing to! You have NO EXCUSE to not do TWO MINUTES of movement in your day. Good luck!
